Having qualified in 1990, Natalie has worked and continues to work as a practicing Occupational Therapist and Manual Handling Risk Assessor and Trainer. Undertaking Assessments for people with complex needs and oppositional behaviours including sensory processing difficulties. Natalie is able to assess for and make recommendations for the following:

Associate Occupational Therapist
Kat Stafford Bsc (Hons) MRCOT
Kat has extensive clinical experience in a range of settings including mental health, acute hospital settings and community Occupational Therapy services. Kat has experience managing a complex caseload of clients with a variety of conditions including acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, orthopaedics, mental health, alcohol and drug abuse, musculoskeletal and learning disability.
Kat provides assessments and interventions to clients using collaborative communication and a strengths-based approach. Kat excels in rehabilitation focused work whether that be small or large steps forward or ensuring the current status quo can remain for as long as possible, as safely as possible. Kat works with clients and their multidisciplinary teams to ensure a well-rounded and whole approach is considered. Kat has worked frequently in complex social situations and dynamics and is able to ensure that all identified needs are considered equally.
Kat specialised and holds a passion for 24 hour postural management and moving and handling. Kat may also make suggestions for equipment in conjunction with housing adaptations to support independence in the safest manner whilst also listening to the clients’ outcomes and goals using a risk positive approach as appropriate.
